Human Resources Director
Location: Hamlet, North Carolina
Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a member of the senior management team and will be responsible for the management of all Human Resources functions including recruitment, retention, regulatory compliance, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and Joint Commission preparedness.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements include bachelors degree in Human Resources
Master's degree preferred
Five (5) years experience in human resources required.
Minimum of three years supervisory/management in HR in an acute hospital setting is required.
Must currently be a hospital HRD or Mgr.
Recent acute care hospital background of comparable size.
Union experience would be an asset.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Demonstrated abilities in leadership, communication and planning. Excellent verbal and written skills.
Strong word processing skills and familiarity with spreadsheet and database programs.
Excellent customer service skills.
PHR or SPHR preferred.
Must be hospital HRM or HRD
