Must be 18 years of age or older Serious minded individual that is looking for long term employment Experience in direct care, home care, nursing home or similar field is required High school diploma or GED is required Valid driver's license and acceptable level of automobile liability insurance (if transporting) Not listed on the NC Health Care Abuse Registry Job Descriptions:
-Respite services provide periodic support and relief to the primary caregiver(s) from the responsibility and stress of caring for the beneficiary.
This service enables the primary caregiver to meet or participate in planned or emergency events, and to have planned time for him/her and/or family members.
Respite may be utilized during school hours for sickness or injury.
Coverage may included:
In and out-of-home services, inclusive of overnight, weekend care, or emergency care (family emergency based, not to include out of home crisis).
Assisting with activities of daily living (e.
g.
, bathing, eating, dressing, personal hygiene) Household care and maintenance Accompany consumer on community outings with the approval or request of family member Inform parent/guardian of consumer's day Proper completion of appropriate forms provided by the agency on each consumer that these services were provided Respect for consumer and family's property and privacy Assure consumer/family confidentiality Attend any meetings/training's that may be scheduled by the supervisor Submit completed forms to the agency by the schedule deadline -Community Living Supports are used to increase or maintain personal self-sufficiency, facilitating an individual's achievement of his goals of community inclusion and participation, independence or productivity.
The supports may be provided in the participant's residence or in community settings (including, but not limited to, libraries, city pools, camps, etc.
).
Coverage may included:
Assisting, reminding, observing, guiding and/or training in the following activities:
Meal preparation Laundry Routine, seasonal, and heavy household care and maintenance Activities of daily living (e.
g.
, bathing, eating, dressing, personal hygiene) Shopping for food and other necessities of daily living Inform parent/guardian of consumer's day Proper completion of appropriate forms provided by the agency on each consumer that these services were provided Respect for consumer and family's property and privacy Assure consumer/family confidentiality Attend any meetings/training's that may be scheduled by the supervisor Submit completed forms to the agency by the schedule deadline' Job Types:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
