Hours of operation include Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the dental field is preferred but not required.
A high level of accuracy and a professional, courteous manner are essential to this position.
An ability to communicate with both patients and other staff is key to your success as a dental receptionist.
Our main goal is to ensure that clients feel welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities:
Answer and screen calls and transfer as necessary.
Checking patients in and out.
Taking payments.
Calling insurance companies.
Scheduling appointments.
Preparing the schedule.
Handle patient accounts and request new patients by following up with insurance companies or other parties.
Ensure that all paperwork is in order before appointments.
