Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and associates, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in the distribution center.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure all operational activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on operational performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

years of distribution center and warehouse experience is required.
Computer experience including ERP, Microsoft Excel/Word, and the ability to learn in-house systems.
In-depth understanding of logistics and distribution processes, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within a warehouse environment.
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills and outstanding communication ability.
