As Plastek's Customer Service Coordinator you will provide superior customer service by developing and building strong working relationships with key customers, to effectively manage all demand activity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Talk with customers by phone or in person and receive orders for products.
Follow up on customer inquiries to assure satisfactory completion.
Solicit sale of new or additional services.
Coordinating new projects using color matches and artwork used in decorating process.
Remain current on changes in policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Follow through on complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation and adjust billing when necessary.
Work with Process Engineering and the Tool Room on status of new and/or existing molds.
Work with Quality Control to resolve customer complaints and rejections.
Assist Accounts Receivable to collect overdue debt from the customer.
Host Customer visits to insure good customer relations.

SAP Computer system.
Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in business or related field or 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service or equivalent combination of education and experience is needed.
Salary:
From $45,000.
